Ingredients
  

  • cup Greek yoghurt
  • 1 large egg
  • 3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 3 tablespoons sugar-free chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons sweetener

Method
 

  1. Mix the Greek yoghurt, egg, cocoa powder, and sweetener until smooth and fully combined.
  2. Pour the batter into a greased 4 × 6-inch baking dish and top with the chocolate chips.
  3. Bake at 180°C / 350°F for 25–30 minutes.
  4. Let it cool slightly, then top with whipped cream if desired and enjoy.

Pro tip: You can swap the Greek yoghurt for cottage cheese. Just blend it first for a smooth, fudgy texture.
