Keto High Protein Avocado Chicken Wrap

Low Carb, Creamy & Filling This avocado wrap is soft, creamy, and packed with protein. The avocado and egg wrap is filled with cream cheese, chicken, fresh greens, cucumber, and a little carrot for crunch. It’s simple, satisfying, and easy to make. Makes 1 serving.

Ingredients

  • For the wrap:
  • 1 avocado
  • 2 eggs
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • Salt to taste
  • 3 g / 0.1oz sesame seeds
  • For the filling:
  • 20 g / 0.7oz cream cheese
  • 60 g / 2.1oz cooked chicken breast
  • 20 g / 0.7oz rocket or baby spinach
  • 40 g / 1.4oz cucumber thinly sliced
  • 15 g / 0.5oz carrot thinly sliced
  • Salt & pepper

Method

  1. Add the avocado, eggs, lemon juice, and salt to a blender, and blend until smooth
  2. Pour the mixture onto a baking tray lined with baking paper and spread into a thin, even layer
  3. Sprinkle the sesame seeds over the top
  4. Bake at 180°C / 350°F for around 12 minutes, until the edges start to turn golden
  5. Remove from the oven and let the wrap cool completely
  6. Spread the cream cheese evenly over the wrap
  7. Add the rocket or baby spinach, sliced chicken, cucumber, and carrot
  8. Roll the wrap tightly, then slice in half and serve

Notes

Pro tip: Let the wrap cool completely before spreading the filling — rolling it warm can cause it to tear or crack.
Macros (approx. per serving): 590 kcal | 37 g protein | 42 g fat | 9 g net carbs
Storage: Best enjoyed fresh, but leftovers can be wrapped tightly and refrigerated for up to a day. Not recommended to freeze, as the avocado base can turn watery.
Can I swap the chicken? Cooked turkey or shredded rotisserie chicken both work well as an easy substitute.
